ABSTRACT

The importance of pyrazole derivatives in RA treatment lies in their ability to modulate key inflammatory pathways and immune responses. These compounds have shown potential in reducing inflammation, preventing joint damage, and improving overall disease outcomes. Therefore, in our study we have design and synthesize pyrazole derivatives and fitmulate its efficacy against rheumatoid arthritis. Pyrazole is a crucial pharmacophore and a privileged scaffold with significant therapeutic importance. It is a five-membered heterocyclic structure known for its extensive range of therapeutic activities, including anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-anxiety, anticancer, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. The conversion of methyl 1,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate to 1,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbohydrazide. This is achieved by reacting the methyl ester with hydrazine hydrate at a concentration of 80%. The end product of this synthesis is 1,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carbohydrazide, commonly referred to as 1,5-DHP confirmed by the FTIR, NMR and Mass spectrum analysis.
